Courtney Love Attacks Foo Fighters

Lors d’un récent concert dans un festival brésilien, la veuve de Kurt Cobain et leader du groupe Hole a offert une nouvelle crise d’hysterie à son public, lorsqu’un fan a brandit une photo de l’ancien frontman de Nirvana. Sur ce geste qu’elle a définit de «  Stupide et malpoli « , Courtney Love a alors quitté la scène. D’abord lancée par son guitariste Eric Erlandson, puis scandée par la foule, seule la phrase « Foo Fighters are gay » la décidera à revenir. Courtney s’en est alors pris à Dave Grohl, affirmant que celui-ci n’aurait aucun droit de réclamer des royalties sur les sorties de Nirvana : « If you don’t write a song, you don’t get publishing, you don’t steal money from the child, the mom, the sister ».

Courtney Love gets into a state of frenzy at a Brazilian festival when a member ofthe audience held up a photo of Kurt Cobain, (her late husband) which she stated was ‘stupid and rude’ which then lead her to storm off the stage. Only the chant created by Hole’s guitarist Eric Erlandson ‘Foo Fighters are gay’ brought Love back on stage. She then made a snide remark at Dave Grohl claiming he steals money from her and her daughter, and also made shrewd comments about how Grohl had no rights to claiming any sort of fame and fortune from Nirvana as he had no contribution as he was kicked out.

Love didn’t end her hearsay there, oh no, she dished the dirt out about her former lover from Smashing Pumpkins, Billy Corgan, and how he has written countless songs about their relationship. She even declared the lyric ‘the killer in me is the killer in you’ from one of their most successful songs ‘Disarm’ to befrom the letter she wrote to Corgan.
