Nickelblock : Never Read About Nickelback Again

Après Justin Bieber, c’est au tour de Nickelback d’être rejeté par les internautes. Effectivement, pendant que certains se réjouissent de la sortie de leur nouvel album cette semaine, d’autres sont ravis de la création d’un plug-in nommé Nickelblock. Comme son nom l’indique ce plug-in, créé par un blog de musique, permet aux personnes utilisant les navigateurs google chrome ou firefox de bloquer toutes les mentions du groupe sur la toile.

De même, à Detroit, un étudiant de 22 ans a lancé une pétition afin d’empêcher le groupe de jouer durant la mi-temps du match de football pour Thanksgiving. La pétition a recueillit plus de 50 000 signatures. En réponse à ce boycott, Nickelback a tourné une parodie pour le site internet Funny or Die. A voir ci-dessous !
