The Used Talk About Partnering With Hopeless Records And Forthcoming Album

Dans un communiqué officiel, The Used s’est exprimé sur la création du label Anger Music Group ainsi que sur la collaboration annoncée avec Hopeless Records :

« The Used est fier d’annoncer la naissance de Anger Music Group. Anger Music Group est une production artistique. Nous collaborons avec Hopeless Records pour la sortie de notre nouvel album « Vulnerable ». Nous sommes impatients que vous puissiez l’écouter! Nous vous aimons, The Used.

Le groupe a également annoncé qu’un nouveau morceau serait disponible en streaming le mois prochain.

Le frontman Bert McCracken a également déclaré dans une nouvelle interview avec Altpress :

« Avec « Vulnerable » nous faisons un pas en arrière et deux avant. Le son est aussi élaboré que possible, il contient la même intégrité émotionnelle que notre premier album [The Used - 2002], il sonne comme le future (et le future est lumineux). Le but étant de laisser le vrai « vous » briller. Cet album est pour les parias, les inadaptés, les incompris et ceux qui ont toujours osé être eux-mêmes. Je suis impatient que vous puissiez l’entendre. »

In an official statement, The Used have talked about their recent label Anger Music Group and their partnering with Hopeless Records :

“The Used are proud to announce the birth of Anger Music Group. Anger Music Group is an all inclusive art production company. We have teamed up with Hopeless Records for the release of our new record Vulnerable. We can’t wait for you to hear it! Love, The Used“

The band also announced a new song will be released next month !

Already chosen as one of Alternative Press Magazine’s Most Anticipated of 2012, front man Bert McCracken explains :

The sound of the record is as evolved as it possibly could be, it maintains the same emotional integrity as the first record [2002’s The Used], yet it sounds like the future (and the future sounds bright). Vulnerable is about taking a chance to let the real you shine.
