The Cranberries Release « Tomorrow » Music Video

Après un hiatus de six ans, les Cranberries seront de retour le 14 Février avec un sixième album intitulé Roses, produit par Stephen Street.

Afin de patienter jusque-là, le groupe nous livre le clip de leur premier single « Tomorrow », disponible ci-dessous.

Lors d’un entretien avec Billboard, la chanteuse O’Riordan a déclaré à propos de cette chanson : « Ca parle de la manière que nous avons parfois de trop penser les choses… alors que parfois il vaut mieux être spontané et agir. Demain vous n’aurez peut être pas la possibilité de revenir en arrière. Donc ça parle vraiment d’aller de l’avant ainsi que de la jeune génération qui s’inquiétent de choses futiles. Sur le moment elle ne pense pas qu’elles le sont, mais avec le temps elle le comprend ».

Asked about the song, O’Riordan told Billboard that « it’s about the way we sometimes hyper over-escalate things in our minds, overthink about things…when sometimes spontaneity and just jumping in is better. Tomorrow you might not have that moment back again. So it’s really about moving on and also about kid of looking at the younger generation and how they worry about all kinds of silly things. They don’t think they’re silly, but when you’re older you know better. »
