TesseracT To Release Acoustic EP

Le groupe britannique TesseracT se concentre actuellement sur un nouvel EP acoustique, provisoirement intitulé Perspective, qui devrait voir le jour au Printemps via Century Media.

Ce nouvel effort contiendra des versions retravaillées de chansons issuent de leur premier album One paru en 2011, ainsi qu’une reprise « très spéciale ».

Le bassiste Amos Williams a déclaré à propos de cet opus : « Cet EP a été inspiré par une session acoustique que nous avons filmé l’année dernière à New York durant la tournée avec Protest The Hero. Ca nous a fait réaliser que certains de nos morceaux sonnaient vraiment bien remaniés ».

UK band TesseracT is currently working on an acoustic EP with new vocalist Elliot Coleman, tentatively titled Perspective, which will be released in Spring through Century Media Records.

This new record will include stripped down versions of tracks from the band’s debut album One, plus « a very special » cover version.

Bassist Amos Williams made the following statement :  »The EP was inspired by an acoustic session we filmed last year in New York, whilst on tour with PROTEST THE HERO. It made us realize that a few of the tracks sounded really great when re-arranged and approached at from a different perspective.
