A Biopic About Joe Strummer In Process

Après Johnny Cash dans Walk the Line, Ian Curtis dans Control et en attendant Kurt Cobain, c’est Joe Strummer, le frontman de The Clash qui devrait être le prochain rockeur à avoir droit à son biopic. C’est la française Julie Deply (2 Days In Paris) qui devrait ce film intitulé « The Right Profile » (d’après un titre de l’album London Calling) qui couvrira la montée et la disparition de la scène du musicien.

After Johnny Cash in Walk the Line, Ian Curtis in Control and a possible work on Kurt Cobain, the next biopic about a rocker will have for character The Clash‘ frontman Joe Strummer. Apparently the movie will be directed by Julie Deply (2 Days in Paris). Its gonna be named after a song from London Calling: « The Right Profile » and it will focus on the rise of Joe and his disappearance from the public.
