Metallica To Release Next Album Without Record Label ?

Dans une récente interview avec Spin, le batteur de Metallica Lars Ulrich a indiqué que le groupe pourrait bien sortir son prochain album sans label.

En effet le contrat entre les américains et Warner ayant touché à sa fin depuis la sortie de leur dernier album Death Magnetic en 2008, ceux-ci reflechissent à la manière la plus judicieuse de sortir leur prochain disque.

« Nous sommes libres de tous contrats. Le monde est à nous. Nous pouvons faire ce que nous voulons et commençons à réflechir à cela. » a déclaré Ulrich.

Actuellement en phase d’écriture, le groupe devrait entrer en studio très prochainement.

In a recent interview with Spin, Metallica‘s drummer Lars Ulrich has declared that the band could release his next album without record label.

Following the release of their latest album Death Magnetic in 2008, the contrat between metal legends and Warner had now expired, and they are thinking about the way to release the next LP.

He said : « We’re free and clear of our record contract. The world’s our oyster. We can basically do whatever we want. And we’re going so start figuring that out. »

Metallica are currently writing and should enter the studio very soon.
