Die Antwoord : New Music Video For « Fok Julle Naaiers »

Die Antwoord ont mis en ligne le clip de leur nouveau single Fok Julle Naaiers, issu de leur prochain album TEN$ION. Le groupe a récemment mis fin à son contrat avec Interscope qui après avoir écouter les enregistrement du nouvel opus ont tenté d’imposer leur contrôle sur leur musique pour les faire évoluer vers un son plus mainstream. Le groupe a déclaré :

Interscope nous a une nouvelle fois offert un tas d’argent pour notre nouvel album TEN$ION.

Mais cette fois, ils ont également essayer de s’impliquer dans notre musique, en essayant de nous faire sonner comme tous leurs artistes.

Donc nous leur avons dit : Vous savez quoi, gardez votre argent, achetez-vous quelque chose de cool… nous allons faire notre propre musique. Au revoir.

Die Antwoord have released a new music video for their new single Fok Julle Naaiers which will be available on their upcoming album. The band recently leaved interscope because the label tried to make them rework their album for more mainstream appeal. So they made the following statement :

So anyway… Interscope offered us a bunch of money again to release our new album TEN$ION.

But this time, they also tried to get involved with our music, to try and make us sound like everyone else out there at the moment.

So we said: ‘U know what, rather hang on to your money, buy yourself something nice…we gonna do our own thing. Bye bye’
